Troubleshooting

ZenBid Cannot Reach The Website

Confirm the target URL is public, uses HTTP or HTTPS, and does not block server-side checks. Try the homepage first, then the specific service page.

Services Are Missing

Add clearer service names to the page, publish a generated llms.txt, or add JSON-LD/schema markup for the service page.

Contact Path Is Missing

Make the contact form, email, phone, booking link, or request path visible on the page. Then run the scan again.

llms.txt Is Missing

Use the generated llms.txt from the readiness report or ask a developer to publish it at /llms.txt.

Structured Data Is Missing

Ask a developer to add JSON-LD/schema markup for the business, services, and preferred contact path.

Tag Is Installed But Not Verified

Check that the page contains a tokenized data-zenbid-install tag. Legacy site-only examples are not valid for verified installs.

CMS Stripped The Script

Use the CMS custom-code area, Google Tag Manager, or the static manifest path. For beta customers, use concierge setup rather than making the owner fight the CMS.

Badge Or Manifest Looks Wrong

Re-run verification, confirm the target page URL, and compare the manifest URL shown in ZenBid with the one on the installed page.
