By accessing and using ZenBid ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ZenBid is a booking and dynamic pricing platform that connects consumers with service providers. The Platform enables service providers to offer time slots at variable prices based on demand and availability.

3. User Types

3.1 Consumers

Consumers can browse services, view available time slots with their current prices, and make bookings.

3.2 Business Providers

Business providers can list their services, manage availability, set base prices, and configure dynamic pricing rules.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. The price shown at the time of booking is the final price.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours before: No refund

5. Pricing

Prices on ZenBid may vary based on time, demand, and availability. The Platform uses dynamic pricing algorithms to optimize prices. All prices are clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZenBid acts as a platform connecting service providers with consumers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by business providers.
